EquoVis International’s commercial dealings are guided by two underlying principles, namely: provide tangible value to the customer, while upholding the highest ethical standards. EVI is committed to delivering quality service, subject to competitive terms that are equitable, unambiguous, and concise. Suggested general terms of engagement include:
Confidentiality
EVI recognizes its obligation to protect sensitive client information and fully abides by its non-disclosure commitments.
Performance Stipulations
EVI is committed to considering only those mandates for which it is confident of adding value. The establishment of verifiable performance targets is recommended.
Transparency
EVI strives to facilitate contract administration, as such commits to:
- Flat hourly rate – full-service, inclusive of administrative overhead
– OR – - All inclusive project fee (optional) – as above
- Pre-set maximum invoicing limit – revision subject to client’s written consent
- Overtime – if applicable, charged at straight-time, subject to pre-approved triggers, limits
- Direct expenses billed through at cost – administrative surcharges for travel, telecommunications, materials, sub-contracting are not applicable
- Detailed Invoicing – featuring activity log, expense breakdown, and copies of direct expense invoices
Remuneration Rate
EquoVis billable rates reflect market conditions, varying with respect to mandate particulars:
- Complexity – scope, scale, required expertise and effort
- Term – pro-rated fees generally vary inversely with mandate duration
- Location – remote, client-site service delivery may entail rate premium
